dvi2ps-fontdata-ptexfake software package provides Fake pTeX TFM files, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install dvi2ps-fontdata-ptexfake
dvi2ps-fontdata-ptexfake is installed in your system.
Make ensure the dvi2ps-fontdata-ptexfake package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep dvi2ps-fontdata-ptexfake *
You will get with dvi2ps-fontdata-ptexfake package name, version, architecture and description in a table
